Paul began his career in real estate as a trainee valuer for Mair & Co in 1989 before joining Colliers International where he became involved in the sale and leasing of industrial property across a diverse portfolio.

In 1991, Paul took up the position of Industrial Sales & Leasing Negotiator at Sallmans which later merged with Stanton Hillier Parker to become the company now known as Burgess Rawson, where his experience expanded to include investment sales, portfolio analysis, property design and construction and general consultancy.

In 2004 Paul left Burgess Rawson to form the partnership which was VBS Property Solutions.  Appointed Managing Director in July 2010, Paul continued the growth of the company, re-badging as CRI Property Solutions, bringing into it a wealth of experience and new staff with a mission to offer an even higher level of service.

The company continues to thrive, specialising in all aspects of the sale and leasing of industrial, commercial and retail properties, including investment consulting, lease-backs, asset rationalisation, property management and, more recently, buyer and lessee advocacy.
